SIGN THE ON-LINE PETITION IN SUPPORT OF THE DPCC

We will post all supporters and partners in the “Partnerships” dropdown under “May 16 BPS Boycott”

I support the District Parent Coordinating Council.

The DPCC of Buffalo has reached an historic threshold in organizing parents to demand a better Buffalo Public School system for ALL students, and you have our attention.

I stand by your mission to always put children first. I am encouraged by your resolve to bring every interest group to the table to collaborate, as long as the interests of children are first. I stand behind you; I stand next to you; I stand with you, as you seek to strengthen our community by prioritizing quality education.

I support your urgency to establish great schools in Buffalo. Responsible adults must have the will to work hard cooperatively and to make changes. The answers are not simple, but there is reason to have hope. No single issue could be more important for the future of Buffalo.

Hello Sam. I support the May 16th boycott. Something has to change. My 4th grade twins attend Build Academy. Under the administrative leadership of Cassandra Harrington, the school and children thrived. Now in the short period of time that Caroline Carota has been principal, they have gone straight downhill. I walked in the office one day at 8am and it was chaos. The adults have lost control and are just as disrespectful as the students. Same for the classrooms. As a parent i never really get a resolution when my son has a problem other than suspension. He attends Mid Erie for counseling. I am also concerned because he has gone from an honor roll student to having a 79 average. So yes I support the boycott. If there are other ways I can help, let me know. Keep up all the good that you do and are. Quite proud of you and what you have accomplished. Ttyl. Sandy
